Discrepancy

Fields

• hasDiscrepancyboolean

Whether the storefront's desired and observed state currently disagree, according to the platform-status check OneTablet last recorded. Always present.

• classificationstring

Why the two sides disagree — one of a closed set of four values:

  • pauseNotPropagated — OneTablet's desired pause/unpause has not reached the platform yet. Auto-remediable through the API.
  • unexpectedPlatformPause — the platform shows the store paused when OneTablet did not ask for it (typically paused from the platform's own merchant tools). Needs a human, via the merchant portal.
  • deactivatedByPlatform — the platform took the store down by its own decision (enforcement, quality or fraud review, removal, suspension). Needs a human, via platform support.
  • unclassified — the explicit fallback: a discrepancy exists but its reason matches none of the values above (for example an unknown or raw platform error). Needs a human.

New values are added additively as OneTablet's taxonomy grows. Handle a value you do not recognise defensively — route it like unclassified.

Possible values: [pauseNotPropagated, unexpectedPlatformPause, deactivatedByPlatform, unclassified]
• autoRemediableboolean

Whether re-sending OneTablet's desired state through the platform API is expected to clear the discrepancy on its own (today: only a pause that did not propagate). Present only when hasDiscrepancy is true.

• requiresHumanInterventionboolean

No API on either side can fix this — route to a human.

• remediationChannelstring

Where the fix has to happen. api — re-send the desired state through the platform API; merchantPortal — change it in the platform's merchant portal; platformSupport — only the platform's support team can resolve it (e.g. the platform deactivated the store). Absent when hasDiscrepancy is false, and also absent when OneTablet could not classify the discrepancy.

  Possible values: [api, merchantPortal, platformSupport]
